Piers (MIRPM MTPI) – Managing Director
Prior to joining Alpha Housing Services, Piers spent around 12 years within the financial sector. During this time he held a number of progressively senior positions becoming experienced in business finance, performance management, stakeholder development, and corporate affairs. The highlight of his time was being recognised by HRH Princess Anne with a prestigious award for his Leadership on the company’s fundraising ambitions.
In 2014, Piers made the move to Alpha Housing Services and has relished the opportunity. Property has always been a real passion and, as an accredited professional landlord, being part of Alpha Housing Services team was the perfect fit. Piers has also been accredited through the Institute of Property Managers and attained the MIRPM status.
Piers has strong family values, enjoys scuba diving as well as spending his spare time with family and friends.

Giles (AIRPM) – Senior Property Manager
As the longest standing member of the team, Giles has been a Property Manager for over 20 years. Like Piers, Giles is also a professional Landlord and passionate about good property maintenance. Accredited through IRPM, Giles’ motivation comes from understanding the property and making it the best it can be. Unusually he has seen many sides of what it is like to manage leasehold property as he has lived in a flat, owns investment flats, owns ground rent investments and of course, manages leasehold blocks of flats.
On a personal note, Giles enjoys generally just being outside; whether that is walking or gardening.

Emma (MTPI) – Implementation Lead
Emma has over 18 years of experience in the property industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to her role. Together with her husband, she has successfully developed and sold various properties, managing all aspects from overseeing works to coordinating contractors and sourcing materials.
Emma also has valuable experience as a Landlady, managing properties within blocks of flats. This gives her a clear understanding of what residents expect from a responsive and reliable Block & Estate Management company—an insight she shares with Piers and Giles.
Demonstrating strong commitment and time management, Emma has successfully completed her professional qualifications with The Property Institute (TPI), all while juggling work responsibilities and family life.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children, catching up with friends and family, and staying active at her local gym
Kirsty – Assistant Property Manager
Kirsty has over 15 years experience in the property industry, starting at a leading estate agent in central Bristol in the year 2000 and then in 2005 moved on to an international commercial property and asset management firm where she developed her attention to detail and customer focused attitude, she enjoys all aspects of property management and has experience across a wide range of sectors.
Kirsty has returned to work after a 5 year gap where she devoted herself to raising her two children, having recently relocated to Taunton with her husband and young children Kirsty is enjoying exploring the local countryside and restaurants.

Jane – Accounts
Jane has worked for Alpha since early 2015. Her main responsibility is to manage service charges and to ensure all company policies and procedures comply with ARMA. Before joining Alpha Housing Services, Jane worked as Quality Manager for a Telehealth Company for ten years, and was responsible for HR and training as well as managing all company records and auditing all processes and procedures, to adhere with the ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and MDD Annex II accreditation. Previously, Jane worked for a firm of Chartered Accountants for eleven years, gaining a wide range of valuable experience, with roles including that of company secretary, credit control, maintaining the company accounts, completing personal tax returns and organising marketing events.
Jane is very much a family person and enjoys spending time with her young family.

Emmalene – Property Co-ordinator
Emmalene has recently joined Alpha Housing Services and brings with her several years of property management experience. She enjoys helping customers and is now looking to develop her knowledge within the property maintenance sector.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and going for walks.

David – Finance Administrator
David has a background in accounting, finance and data management. Over the last 20 years, he has gained invaluable experience working with accountancy, construction and data analysis companies. He is passionate about excellent customer service, high work quality and data accuracy. He enjoys building relationships and understanding and meeting the specific needs of our customers.
In David’s spare time, he loves spending his time with his wife, weekend adventures exploring, country walks with his Dachshunds, antiques and vintage cars.

Beth – Assistant Property Manager
Beth joined Alpha Housing Services in 2022 as a Property Coordinator. After successfully passing The Property Institute Level 3 Associate exam and achieving her ATPI accreditation, she progressed to an Assistant Manager role and now works as a Property Manager. She is passionate about delivering excellent service and continuing to develop her career within the property management sector. Outside of work, Beth enjoys long walks and creative crafting hobbies.

Rachel Robbins – PA to Piers Wrangham
Rachel brings over 10 years of experience as a Business Manager, with responsibilities spanning finance, HR, premises, and IT. This extensive exposure to diverse disciplines equips her with a practical, hands-on approach to managing the wide-ranging tasks required of a PA.

Romy Wrangham – Operations Manager
Romy has been working alongside Giles and Piers on a locum basis for a number of years and was delighted to be offered the opportunity to join the Team on a more permanent basis. Romy’s background is administrative management, and she brings a wealth of experience from the various roles she has held during her career priding herself on attention to detail as well as delivering the best customer service possible.
Outside of work, Romy devotes her time to her family which includes 5 children, 2 grandson’s and 2 cats! She is also a Beaver Scout Leader for a local Scout Group and enjoys walking/hiking.

Hannah – Property Manager
Prior to joining Alpha Housing Services, Hannah built up many years of experience across the property sector, including sales, lettings, estate management and lettings property management. This broad background has given her a well-rounded understanding of both client expectations and the practical demands of managing developments and residential blocks.
Hannah enjoys a challenge and has a natural strength in problem-solving. She takes a hands-on approach to managing her developments, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. Approachable and personable in her style, she values clear communication and building positive working relationships with leaseholders, contractors and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling and discovering hidden places, as well as cooking and gardening.

Collette – Finance Team Supervisor
Collette has 15 years of experience in finance and care, having worked in care homes and clinical trials. While she is new to block management, she is eager to apply her finance expertise in this area, while expanding her skills and deepen her knowledge in this field.
In her free time, Collette enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her family.

Shauna – Property Co-ordinator
Prior to joining Alpha Housing Services, Shauna worked as a Property Claims Handler, where she gained valuable experience in buildings insurance and developed a good understanding of property-related risk and claims processes.
Shauna is an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is always keen to broaden her knowledge within the property maintenance sector. She is a quick learner with a positive approach, continuously seeking opportunities to strengthen her skills and contribute effectively to the team.
Outside of work, Shauna enjoys both playing and watching sport, cooking, and spending time walking with friends.

Tony – Property Manager
Prior to relocating to the United Kingdom, Tony spent 25 years within the housing management sector in Hong Kong. During this time, he managed diverse property types including high-rise buildings, estates, offices, club houses, University Campus, and shopping centres, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex property management scenarios.
In 2022, Tony made the move to the UK property management landscape and has embraced the opportunity. Property management has always been a real passion and, and joining Alpha Housing Services team in December 2024 was the perfect fit for his international expertise.
Tony has strong family values, enjoys competing in the EDVA volleyball league as a setter, and spends his spare time playing board games with family and friends.

Esta Vaughan – Finance Administrator
Esta has a background in Accounting, finance & Customer services over past 10 plus years. She is passionate about customer services and providing a great service.
In her free time she enjoys walking the dog and spending quality time with family.

James – Property Coordinator
James originally joined the business as an apprentice, where he quickly developed a strong foundation in the industry while working as an Office and Finance Assistant. During this time, he gained valuable experience and a broad understanding of how the business operates. After taking some time away to pursue other interests and further personal development, James has rejoined the team as a Property Coordinator. He is now working towards his goal of achieving his APM and progressing to PM level, continuing his professional growth within the company. As part of a family-run business, James is passionate about maintaining the company’s customer-focused approach and upholding the values that set it apart.

Lee – Property Manager
Prior to joining Alpha Housing Services, Lee spent 31 years living in Botswana, having moved from the UK to Africa at a young age and growing up across several African countries. During this time, she built a 19-year career within the property sector, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial warehouses and residential properties.
Following her return to the UK in July 2024, Lee joined a regional managing agent in 2025 where she transitioned into block management, further developing her experience within the UK leasehold sector. In February 2026, she joined Alpha Housing Services to continue progressing her career in block management and to bring her broad international property experience to the team.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys going to the gym, hiking, exploring new places and playing golf. She has a particular passion for art and spends time painting wildlife portraits inspired by Africa’s animals and birdlife. Much of her spare time is also dedicated to her daughter and grandchildren.

Kerry – Property Coordinator
Kerry has over 15 years of experience in sales and finance administration and is committed to building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. In her spare time she enjoys baking, nurturing her growing houseplant collection and walks in nature.

Will – Property Coordinator
Prior to joining Team Alpha, Will began his career as a Surveyor’s Assistant, where he developed a strong foundation within the property sector. Over time, he progressed into a more diverse position, gaining experience across finance support, quotation preparation, CAD building drawings, office management, and the coordination of on-site teams.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his partner and two children. He is a keen footballer and regularly attends the gym, valuing both teamwork and personal discipline in all areas of life.
