Step 1 - Contact Us
Please fill out our form below, which will give us all the relevant details we need to begin putting together a quotation for our services in your Block/Estate. The more detail you can provide about your current state of affairs, and the services that you are looking for, the better.
Step 2 - Meet With Us
We may wish to have an on-site meeting with you to be able to see the development, understand its requirements and any issues prior to providing a quote. It will help this meeting if you can provide us with a copy of a standard Lease for the block, the Memorandum & Articles of Association and the latest Annual Statement of Accounts for Service Charges. Any good Agent will want to look at these.
Please let us know of any problems that you think will need to be tackled, current debtors, your relations with your current agent and the state of finances of the development. It is important for a responsible Agent to ask you relevant questions to establish what might be taking on.
Please also let us know the services and contractors you wish to retain – changing agent doesn’t mean you have to change contractors or service providers.
How to Make the Switch
If after speaking to us and receiving our quote, you would like to move to us, we will draw up a schedule of the services.
Changing Agent can at first thought be a daunting process and raise concerns and worries about what may or may not happen. However, as long as you follow our simple guidelines and recommendations, the transfer will be comparatively simple and straight forward. The good news is, if you have already completed the form above and are happy with our management proposal, then there are only 3 more steps to go:
Notify your agent in writing that you no longer wish to be managed by them. There may be a minimum notice period or a default position under the existing management contract.
Once we have agreed the Terms and Conditions and you have returned your signed contract, we will contact your existing agent to obtain the records they hold and then inform all residents of the change whilst introducing ourselves.
