Managing Agent of the Year 2023: Celebrating Success with a Third Award win in 2 years!
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news that has everyone at Alpha Housing Services beaming with pride! We have now been honoured with another award from ARMA (The Property Institute) at the 2023 ACE ceremony. We can now proudly say we are the Managing Agent of the Year (1,000 – 5,000 Units), a crowning achievement for our property management company this year!
Alpha Housing take home the award for Outstanding Customer Service!
We have had a lot of success being shortlisted, nominated or becoming finalists for various awards over the years, but the win we most coveted was the ARMA (The Property Institute) Award for Outstanding Customer Service, which underpins our company values.
This award has meant a considerable amount to us as it reflects our commitment to our clients and customers, our primary driver at Alpha.
Being the leading professional body for property management services, ARMA has over 300 managing agents on their books. Over one hundred applications were made across the awards, including many from larger national agencies.
Despite tough competition and a record number of submissions, we proved ourselves an industry leader in property management customer service and won! Alpha Housing’s customers are at the centre of everything we do, so to win this award meant a massive amount to our MD and all the staff here.
Team Alpha Scoop Another National Award Becoming Multi-Award Winning Property Management Company! (2022 & 2023)
At Alpha Housing Services we are well known for our person-centric approach to property management and award-winning customer service. However, our latest accomplishment, winning ‘Scale Up Property Management Company of the Year’ at the UK News on the Block Awards 2023, has highlighted a different side to the success of our business! This recognition marks our fourth major award in two years and is thanks to our substantial expansion in managing a diverse portfolio, ever-growing team and let’s not forget our continued excellence in customer care. Following on from our success at the ARMA awards, we have continued to invest significant time and effort into further improving and growing Alpha’s service. After all, our customer service has been and always will be top of our priority list!
Having been shortlisted for several categories for the Property Management Awards 2022*, we were delighted to receive the highest honours for customer care within UK property management. Another win for the prestigious Customer Services category put the whole team at Alpha Housing Services on cloud nine!
The awards were held in London and attended by nearly a thousand property professionals representing companies from across the UK’s property management industry, all hoping for a win or commendation.
Piers, our Managing Director and Emma Griffiths and Lianne James represented Alpha at the event. The Property Management Awards are one of the most significant occasions in our industry’s calendar and are recognised nationally, which makes this achievement all the more special.
Hearing our name called out as winners for the second time was a meaningful moment for everyone, especially for our Managing Director Piers. “We were honoured and moved to be recognised for this national accolade. The Alpha team have always highly valued the service they deliver to our customers, and winning for a second time is fantastic”.
Winning the Customer Service Award was just one of many highlights of the night too. Despite tough competition, we were also Highly Commended in two other categories; Regional Property Management Company of the Year and Scale Up Property Management Company of the year 2022.
