This award has meant a considerable amount to us as it reflects our commitment to our clients and customers, our primary driver at Alpha.
Being the leading professional body for property management services, ARMA has over 300 managing agents on their books. Over one hundred applications were made across the awards, including many from larger national agencies.
Despite tough competition and a record number of submissions, we proved ourselves an industry leader in property management customer service and won!
Alpha Housing’s customers are at the centre of everything we do, so to win this award meant a massive amount to our MD and all the staff here.
