Why Our Team Is the Real Reason We’ve Been Shortlisted for Two National Property Management Awards

That’s why we’re particularly proud to announce that Alpha Housing Services has been shortlisted for Growth Property Management Company of the Year at the Property Management Awards 2026, hosted by News on the Block.
We’re equally delighted that our Property Manager, Beth, has been shortlisted for New Property Manager of the Year.
While awards are always appreciated, this recognition isn’t really about trophies or titles. For us, it’s recognition of the people, commitment and expertise that have supported our continued growth and helped us deliver the service our clients expect.
